INTERNATIONAL MASTER PROGRAMME MATHEMATICAL PHYSICS

The Institute of Mathematics carries out the International Master Programme Mathematical Physics together with the Institute for Theoretical Physics.

This programme is officially run by the Faculty of Physics and Earth sciences

Elective Area

10 credit points have to be achieved by elective modules from mathematics. In addition, further 30 CPs (from physics and math) have to be entered by elective modules. These are modules from both the elective and the free elective areas.

Choose one of the  below modules in the  Elective Area 2 (Mathematics):

In Elective Area 3 (Advanced Seminar)  developing and advancing methodical competencies, next to acquiring knowledge, lie in the focus. These are literature research, presentation techniques and scientific writing.  Choose a module out of the following elective modules:
